From the East

(MY LAST NOTES FROM THE EAST)

Brothers,

I hope you all enjoy Christmas as much as I do. Its the greatest time of the year, especially when you still keep CHRIST in Christmas. And don't forget to have a happy and SAFE New year. As the new year brings a new slate of officers and an opportunity to be more involved in your lodge.

We have had a very good year in 2011 and with ALL of us working together we will have an even greater year in 2012.

I can not end my year without again thanking you all for your support and brotherly love over the past year. And hope you will continue to support Noah Lodge and your new officers.

By the way, our "new roof" fund has received just over $1000 ( need 20,000) over the past 2 months. Its
our lodge so pitch in with some fund raising ideas.  (cash also accepted)

Be happy, be healthy, be Masonic

From The West

Brothers,

This, my Brothers is my last entry in the trestle board from the Senior Warden station, this has been a very prosperous year for Noah 357.  I would like to congratulate and thank WB Larry Newton on a great year of bringing in new members and getting stuff done around the Lodge.  The Master has a very important role to execute during his year and WB Larry did his role very well.  I only hope to have half as a good year as Noah had last year and I will be pleased.   I would also like to congratulate all the Brothers who took on new roles for the next year, I am sure you will do very well in your newly appointed chairs and newly elected chairs.

As the year draws to an end I would like to wish all a Merry Christmas and a very Happy new Year.
By this time you may or may not have had all your family near for the Holidays and everyone is on their way back to their homes but the joy and memories will last forever.  Just because the Holidays are past and the New Year is here keep in touch with your family and friends keep that Joy flowing all year and keep the new memories coming also.  Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas HO HO HO, Merry Christmas.

January 7, 2012 at 4:00 pm will be the Installation of the new Officers for the ensuing year to come.  All are invited and welcome to come, bring all your families and friends to watch you be installed to your new Station for the year.  After Installation Noah #357 will have refreshments and fellowship in the dining hall.  The dining hall is where the most important work is performed, don’t miss it for anything.  I would like to see as many Past Masters there as possible with their families also.   If you plan on coming please email me or call me to let me know so I can plan the food.  Email at latomlinsoninc@aol.com or call 941-639-1987 home or 941-815-2204 cell, this would be very helpful in having the proper amount of food, so please let me know.  Thank you very much and hope to see many on the Jan 7, 2012 installation date.

Oh yeah, now you have my number if you read the trestle board, Merry Christmas to all and a very, very Happy New Year to all.

Your Senior warden signing off for the last time,

Lawrence A. Tomlinson
PM, Senior Warden

 From The South
"Observing the time"

My Brothers,

I want to say personally just how much I have enjoyed this past year at Noah Lodge.

The opportunity to catch up with old friends as well as the joy of adding new Our outgoing Worshipful Master has lead us through a very successful year and his determination has been nothing short of an inspiration to all.

The lodge has a new look but most importantly it has a renewed sound, that being the sound of gathered friends and families truly enjoying each others company, for that I am personally and fraternally grateful.

Merry Christmas to all!

Br. James Hamilton

Junior Warden

From The Secretary's Desk

At the end of June, I mailed out 23 late notices.  So far I have received five (6) responses.

If you have not been to Lodge lately, you'll be surprised at the renovations done by Brother Ed Ciofani and his crew of workers.

Hope to see you at Lodge.

Fraternally,
Jerry Keeton
Secretary

From The Chaplain's Station

My Brothers,

It is a new year and a new beginning, a chance to do all the things we intended to do last year. Did we attend lodge at least one time last year?  If not lets attend this year.
Did we phone a friend?  If not, pick up the phone and call, visit a shut in, volunteer for anything?  Now is the time to start over and do these things.

We have a new feeling of fellowship and bright outlook for the future at Noah Lodge, Come to lodge and see for yourself.

Do you need a ride on lodge night, my number is 997-0071, I would be glad to pick you up.

Let’s start the new year off right and do all the things we failed to do last year.

May you all have a blessed a joyous year in 2012.

May God bless you every day in every way.

John McKinney
Chaplain
